Since 1973, we have been the area experts in the construction and repair of concrete driveways, concrete foundations, catch basins, concrete sidewalks and all curb types. As a concrete contractor in Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties, we have provided concrete services for both commercial and residential contractors. Oneco Concrete and Asphalt has perfected these processes through the years, holding the integrity of our work every step of the way.

Decorative Concrete

Decorative concrete is a great, cost effective, way to spruce up the curb appeal of your house. You can make your driveway, sidewalk, patio, and more look like brick, stone, marble, or any design you want. The life and color of decorative concrete will last as long as the concrete itself as long as you keep it sealed every 1 – 3 years. With an almost unlimited array of colors and designs to choose from, there is a style that every homeowner will love.

Driveways

Concrete driveways are a minimum of 6" thick at the approach and 4" think throughout the rest of the driveway all of which has wire. We recommend if you will be driving over the edge of the concrete that we dig a 6" deep footer on the edges and if you have heavy vehicles or oak trees within 15' rebar should be used on the edges.

Sidewalks

We have poured countless miles of sidewalk for Manatee and Sarasota counties over the years. We can pour your new side walk straight and square, or we can pour it curved with smooth radiuses. All sidewalks should be a minimum of 4" thick under foot traffic and 6" think with wire under vehicle traffic

Foundations

We can pour almost any foundation at almost any size. Our monolithic foundation pours will insure that you get the most strength out of your foundation. So, if you want a stable foundation for you million dollar mansion or your shed out back please don't hesitate to call.

Curbs

It takes a special person to make hand finished curb look good. With our experience we have to say hand working curb is by far the most difficult process when it comes to straight, level concrete. But, our highly experienced staff will make it look like a piece of cake.

Pipe Installations w/ Mitered Ends

We will install any pipe used for drainage up to 24" in diameter. We have experience installing any type of pipe from PVC (plastic) to HDCP (corrugated) to RCP (reinforced concrete) with concrete mitered ends to prevent erosion. If you have ponding in your back yard or if you want to fill in that ditch, we will have a solution for your drainage needs.

Slabs

A concrete slab in your yard for general storage, back yard kitchens, patio, or any other use you can imagine is a long lasting equity investment. If you have a design or if you need us to help you with a design please call us and we will put our experience to work for you

Maintenance

Concrete is virtually maintenance free, unless you're worried about the esthetics, then regular cleaning and sealing should be performed. There are a number of ways to clean and seal concrete, so please call us and we can answer any question you have.
